That's why we take care to buy only the highest quality cocoa beans from local farms in the central corridor of the Atlantic Forest of southern Bahia. The production of chocolate at the Cacau Plant is made only with raw material from CABRUCA producers and comes from a legitimate production of "BEAN TO CHOCOLATE".
Our continuous cocoa roaster handles high throughput and impresses with its temperature zone control, which allows for flavor and quality development. Reliable and efficient solutions for cleaning and transport within the system. Improved process control systems ensure that the quality of roasted beans remains uniform.
Innovation in almond roasting
Ball mill "netzsch" impress with the high quality and consistency of the final product. Hydraulic presses to produce cocoa butter. With machine sizes of up to 12 pots, the presses cover a wide range of capacity, allowing for the production of large quantities of butter and cake in the shortest possible time.
